Tiny, I noticed that you're now living in Mountain Home, Idaho. When I retired from the Coast Guard in Astoria, OR on '04, we took a 2-month camping trip back to Florida, most of the time spent in the Rockies. We did a lot of Idaho and came THIS close to buying property in Riggins. Just wasn't the right timing. Idaho is beautiful. Do I see correctly that you live near Sun Valley? What, exactly, ARE you doing for a living, now!!!! I'd like to get in on it! ;-)
For everyone: I am working in Reston, VA and Cindy is living/working in Huntsville, AL. As soon as I can located a job in Huntsville I will be following her to our retirement home. We purchased seven acres on top of Keel Mountain just east of Huntsville and we intend to build a home soon. Until then I am working for the Department of the Interior, Assistant Secretary Indian Affairs.
Thanks for initiating this site!! This was a great idea!! I am looking forward to using the site as a way to keep in touch with the greatest bunch of folks I have ever worked with and had the pleasure of knowing. I don't know about the other folks but I have been going over the pictures and memories they bring back and have found myself laughing, remembering and in a sober state.
How the heck are you guys? Lost touch with you a long while back. Linda and I are living in New Braunfels, Texas, just outside of San Antonio.
I am mostly retired, doing a little contract kind of work at home. Linda has a little over year to go to get her 30 with the feds. Son and daughter all grown up. Ian has two girls, 7 and 4. Daughter Katie just turned 30 and still isn't married.
I am doing a bunch of music stuff, bands, orchestras, etc. Plus I do a little web site development for fun. We have a big Harley and ride a lot. Alonzo has a real decked out Gold Wing. Pretty cool, but unexpected.
We really have to all hook up sometime. Wouldn't it be great to have a 15th med reunion? Boy I would go, wherever it was.

Mr. Despres! :) What an impact you made on my life! Thank you! I was really happy to see you on here, and read what you and Cindy are up to. How is your son? All grown up now! Time flies! The days at 15th Med were great! With great people! I have wondered about everyone over the years. Sure wish we could find CPT (?)John J. Williams, Sgt Scahffer, and the other great folks from Flight Ops. I left flight ops after the army and went into nursing. I have worked at Evans Army Hospital here at Fort Carson for the last 17 years. Jeff and I have three grown up children. Our sons Joshua 24 & Jared 22 and a daughter we adopted Jennifer 27. I now have two step children also Jimmy 29 and Brittney 20 and two grandbabies Shelby 5 and Joey 8 mos. Life is GOOD! All three of my sons have served in the military. Jimmy is in the Colorado Air guard, Josh is a disabled vet from OIFII 3rd ID (but doing great!) and Jared is currently serving as a black hawk crewchief in the 6/101st in Afghanistan. We are so proud of our guys! I hope that we continue to find more 15th Med people and really get to have a reunion someday soon! Take good care of you! And please say hello to Mrs. Despres!
Cindy was standing next to me as I read your relpy to my earlier message. She says to say hello. Sounds like you have really done well for yourself and family. I have not heard from Cpt Williams or Sgt Scahffer since Grafenwoher. Please thank your sons for their service and defending our liberties. I am sorry to hear about Josh. We have been talking about a 15th Med reunion in the very near future, I think we need to settle on a location and date.
Talk with you later.

Hey Sir, its good to hear from you. It's hard to believe we were here at the same time, just a few miles away. We live off of Power and a little north of Southern. Evie works downtown Phonex and i work at the main plant of boeing on Mcdowell. I use to work at williams gateway which now is Phonex gateway. Are you a army on line member? or has any one put this web site on AKO. we might get other people involved that way. does anyone know where capt/maj williams is at? And something totally un-related, i do believe my acft was the best flying, except for that little hyd failure. oh i just heard you were planing to pay for all of us to go to graf. Good show old man. sign us up!
It is good to hear from more and more of the folks that was stationed with us at Graf. I could not believe how close we were but never seen each other. I do not know how to get the links for this site on AKO, but I agree that it would probably net more folks. What is this me paying to go to Graf? I am not made of money!! Unless my name is on the Bailout Bill!!
Madison...I fly in to Madison Executive Airport often. Sounds like we are almost neighbors. Small World! We need to get together sometime and have a beer or a coke.
