That building was a guardhouse in one of the motor pools up on post. Ron Swift and I had it relocated to the airfield for ALSE. He and I (mostly Ron) did a lot of work to renovate the interior. Once the hangar addition was complete it was decided to move ALSE into the new addition (amid much grumbling by the maintenance guys). After that it was used for NBC and later POL.
