That VW belonged to Chuck "Uncle Chukie" Schnieder. Chuick and I drove it from Graf to Pamplona Spain for the running of the bulls fest and on to Portugal and back. I have a slide picture of the VW in Spain and the 15th Med sticker was clearly shown.
